Sushipedia Version 1.2 offers a wealth of new enhancements over the prior releases. This upgrade was largely performed to broaden the breadth of accuracy within the sushi database and to build a new framework upon which Version 2.0 will be based.

• I just installed Sushipedia 1.2 and now I have TWO application icons, what gives?

Unfortunately, when an application changes ownership in the App Store, any relationship between the former developer and the new developer is completely lost. As such, you can simply delete the icon for the prior version of Sushipedia, and rest assured that future releases (beyond version 1.2) will properly register with the Apple Upgrade Service.

• I just installed Sushipedia 1.2 and now I have lost all of my favorite sushi!

Since Sushipedia 1.2 is essentially a 'Fresh Install', you will need to make a note of which favorite items you have tagged in the prior release and retag them again in this version. For the future, we have implemented a system of database versioning, so that tagged favorites will not be lost again. Our apologies for the inconvienence.

• I am trying to 'zoom' into a sushi image, but I keep receiving a Wifi error.

Out of consideration to the overall application size, we maintain all of the larger images on our servers. In order to access one of these images, you will need to have an Active Internet connection. For the next release, we will be providing an user configurable option to download the entire image base to your phone.

• I just downloaded Sushipedia 1.2, am I going to have to PAY for the Pro Version?

Sadly, we will be charging for Sushipedia 1.2 Pro. With the ownership transfer through Apple, all prior records of purchases are lost and they have no system in place to identify who had previously purchased an application. Accordingly, we are going to be charging .99 for Pro Version 1.2, but the sheer quantity of features and expanded database should justify the price.

• When is Sushipedia 1.2 Pro going to be released?

We had problems in our first round of submission that are being corrected for re-submission now. Sadly, the time it takes to get an application through approval is approximately 14 days currently. Please bear with us, as we are extremely eager to get Sushipedia Pro launched!
